Cruden Building & Renewals is the Group's Glasgow based construction company, responsible for operations in the West of Scotland. Our services cover standard contracts, partnership developments, and design and build contracts. We have a directly employed workforce of approximately 350 people and are able to exercise strict control of quality and performance criteria. This direct control of the workforce enables us to be responsive to Client needs, resulting in a significant proportion of our workload being procured on either a repeat or 'partnering' basis.
